Air to Liquid-Thermal - Shock Test Cabinet VT 0006/S2/S

The test should simulate e.g. with parts of vehicle brakes (e.g. sensors) a heating up by a hot driven brake disk with immediate shock cooling when driving through an ice water puddle, e.g. according to DIN IEC 68-2-14 Nc (N42AP 221).

Test specimen are exposed to rapid temperature shocks.
Two test zones are available:

The hot zone is located at the top of the system. The air within this zone is heated (electrically). The cold zone is located at the bottom of the system. This is a zone accommodation a cold-medium immersion bath that can be cooled.

Temperature range: up to max. +180 °C air temperature in hot-zone
and up to min +/-0°C water (salt solution) temperature in water bath

Cradle volume approx. 60 l

Control System:
Controller Board S!MCON/32-NET* with removable Colour touchpanel.
